Account Coordinator
Communication, organization and project management are at the heart of the Account Coordinator position at Lawrence & Schiller. We’re looking for a marketing-minded, detail-oriented taskmaster to join our team and help facilitate marketing campaign development and project organization for clients across the region.
In this position you’ll have the opportunity to help lead client projects with a multi-disciplinary team made up of media planners, content writers, designers, researchers and digital marketing specialists to push ideas forward. This position would be located in our Sioux Falls office.
A day in the life of an Account Coordinator
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:
- Effectively communicating verbally and in writing
- Creating and managing production budgets and timelines
- Utilizing project management software for daily workflow
- Maintaining relationships with internal team members and clients
- Managing project lists and prioritizing tasks and assignments
- Developing agendas and call reports for meetings
- Proofing documents and creative materials to ensure accuracy
- Writing project briefs for new assignments
- Attending client project events, such as TV shoots, photo shoots and disruptive street team efforts
- Working with an account executive and account supervisor to complete assignments in a timely manner
QUALIFICATIONS WE’RE LOOKING FOR:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business, Communications or related field
- Positive attitude and professional demeanor
- Superior time management skills and the ability to work with minimal supervision while maintaining focus and productivity
- Outstanding oral communicator and project manager
