Digital Marketing Coordinator

Lawrence & Schiller is looking for a collaborative, enthusiastic, self-motivated Digital Marketing Coordinator to join our team and help lead digital projects for clients in food service, tourism, education and more. The ideal candidate should have a love of all things digital, while at the same time be marketing-minded, a great communicator and a precision taskmaster. Digital Coordinators possess strong analytical, time management and budgeting skills, and often form relationships and lead projects directly with clients and teammates. A day in the life of a Digital Marketing Coordinator


  • Collaborating with Digital Strategists to lead website development, email campaigns and social media strategies from definition of goals to project development and execution.
  • Coordinating with digital, media and creative team members to keep projects on track and launch within project scope, timeline and budget.
  • Creating detailed, technical scopes of work that include project goals, strategy/approach, budget and timeline.
  • Advising on and implementing digital marketing best practices for web, email, analytics, SEO, CRM programs and more.
  • Building website pages and tools using a content management system (CMS).
  • Implementing detailed marketing analytics tracking in Google Tag Manager to showcase and optimize campaign performance.
  • Building email campaigns using various email service providers (HubSpot, Campaign Monitor, Mailchimp, etc.).
  • Executing social media strategies and reporting using 3rd party tools and/or native platforms.
  • Assisting with ongoing website optimizations, email and mobile (SMS) programs, customer relationship management (CRM) programs and social media campaigns including the development of user journeys, messaging, deployment, tracking and reporting.
  • Becoming well-versed in website analytics (Google Analytics) to interpret site conversions, usability and other findings for clients and teams to develop new ideas and organic growth.



  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business, Communications or related field
  • Positive attitude and professional demeanor
  • Advanced internet user with excellent digital skills and the ability to learn new programs, platforms and processes
  • Experience with search engines, websites, email marketing, social media trends and digital marketing
  • Superior time management skills and the ability to work with minimal supervision while maintaining focus and productivity
  • Outstanding oral communicator and technical writer
  • Ability to quickly adapt to new information, situations and fast-turn timelines
  • High-level knowledge of HTML, web design and user experience (UX) is a plus
  • 1-3 years of professional experience is preferred but not required
