Soft spoken and hard-charging: that about sums Joey up. With two decades of creative and copywriting experience, Joey brings award-winning ideas to clients like Taco John’s, the South Dakota Lottery and more. Just watch him in a meeting or brainstorm: he has a way of sitting back, absorbing information and then stunning the group with a new, insightful idea. Prior to joining L&S in 2015, Joey worked as a senior copywriter for Target in Minneapolis, MN, and TMP Worldwide. He earned his BA in English with dual minors in history and film studies from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln, along with spending a summer at Oxford studying Shakespeare, pre-WWII British economics and beer.
