Stephanie’s a people person through and through. Which is pretty great, since at L&S we believe one of our greatest strengths is our staff. As Director of HR, Stephanie looks out for our employees and the agency, creating policies, improving processes, sharing leadership skills and helping our staff feel valued and engaged. Stephanie belongs to SHRM (Society of Human Resource Management), is Dare to Lead trained and has more than two decades of experience in HR, operations and business development. In her free time, she enjoys hanging out at Barnes & Noble with a stack of books and a cup of tea, spending time outside and globe-trotting (just ask about her latest vacation to the Mediterranean).
