Using AI in the Best Interest of Clients

Safety, privacy & ownership.

Client confidentiality and data protection are non-negotiables for L&S and our clients. We prohibit sharing sensitive or proprietary information with public AI platforms. Protected information encompasses financial data, customer records, internal communications, personnel details, and any non-public business intelligence.
We also maintain that our work is our own, and we will never use AI to fully generate creative or strategic products without substantial human input, refinement and oversight. Clients can trust that L&S work and deliverables are commercially safe and copyright compliant.

We maintain strict protocols against using AI for:

  • Processing proprietary or sensitive client information through unsecured platforms.
  • Publishing AI-generated content or creative work without substantial human refinement and oversight.
  • Mass-producing/recreating content that conflicts with marketing best practices or legal guidelines.
