The Ad Camp class of 2025 has joined us for the summer with their skills, personalities and hidden quirks in tow.  Get to know this year’s stack of interns along with the stats that make them a rare find and a powerup for our team.

David Condor | Broadcast Intern

Origin: Dordt University, ‘26

As a Digital Media Production student, David’s shot videos for his university in addition to his own passion projects. All this practice makes him no stranger to turning an idea into a finished product. At L&S, he syncs his sense of rhythm and eye for the little details to all parts of production.

Jack Derickson | Design Intern

Origin: South Dakota State University, ‘25

Jack’s back, baby. And freshly graduated with a BFA in Graphic Design. With one L&S internship already under his belt, he’s building on his solid design foundation and making his workflow flowier. Logos, collateral or templates, he strives to bring a balance of clean and creative.

Ryker Duroe | Finance Intern

Origin: University of Sioux Falls, ‘25

To Ryker, finance is more than just crunching numbers. It’s seeing a full story of all the projects happening in the agency. Although, he really likes the math part too. With a smile on his face and coffee in hand, he’s always ready to say yes to whatever project comes his way.

Camilla Griffin | Account Service Intern

Origin: University of Nebraska – Lincoln, ‘27

Camilla’s jumping into agency life with a collaborative spirit and the skills to back it up. Communication and coordination are two constants of a summer where no two days are the same. But she wouldn’t want it any other way.

Rose Hoogers | Copywriting Intern

Origin: Northwestern College, ‘25

Rose has returned. And she now holds a bachelor’s degree in addition to the pen in her hand. For her second summer here, she’s back to wordsmithing. Be it CTAs or commercial scripts, she aims for copy that’s compelling, concise and has considerable amounts of alliteration.

Averi Johannsen | Media Intern

Origin: South Dakota State University, ‘27

An Advertising major at SDSU, with minors in PR, Marketing, Digital & Social Media and Communication Studies, Averi’s not afraid of a challenge. She spends her days taking on trackers, exploring platforms and measuring metrics. As a fan of heated workouts, she’s not afraid to go all in on hot projects.

Morgan Pierret | Digital Intern

Origin: South Dakota State University, ‘26

She’s a business major, and she means business. Just kidding. Morgan keeps it fun, both with the people she works with and how much of her day she spends creating. This summer, she’s working closely with Studio and doing the behind-the-scenes work to build emails, blogs and websites that shine.

Zach Simon | Account Service Intern

Origin: South Dakota State University, ‘25

Zach’s so back. And one Advertising degree cooler. This year, he’s flexing his established account service skills by taking on extra responsibility. Between client calls, to-do lists and the occasional mural move, Zach keeps projects moving and his team on track.
