Specializing in strategy and operations, Alicia leads our media team in the development and integration of streamlined procedures that ensure we’re using the best tools, tech and processes to set our campaigns up for success. She’s also Mediaocean certified with a next-level knowledge of project management, internally championing our team’s adoption and use of Monday.com and other organizational assets. Before joining L&S, Alicia gained experience in marketing at Keloland Media Group and Furniture Mart USA. She has more than 17 years of experience in the advertising, media and sales space, lending her strategic mind and best ideas to clients and initiatives across the agency.
