As Vice President of Finance, Ryan uses his deep expertise to guide our firm’s financial vision, ensuring growth, stability and efficiency across agency teams and clients. Ryan plays a key role in developing pricing models and policies, along with navigating staffing, resource planning and general agency operations. Aside from the numbers, he’s just as great with people. Ryan’s laidback approach makes him a natural collaborator with staff and clients when it comes to finance questions or billing plans. He’s also passionate about professional development, contributing to HR and training opportunities across the agency. In addition to 15+ years of experience, Ryan holds a BA in business administration and accounting from Augustana University, is a graduate of Leadership South Dakota and volunteers with the American Heart Association.
