L&S Earns 23 AAA Awards

We asked and the South Dakota Ad Fed answered. Once known as the ADDYs, the American Advertising Awards (AAAs) took everyone’s feedback (literally) and included what we’ve wanted all along in this year’s show — a live choir, Shawn Cable and the longest game of bingo anyone has ever played.
The Washington Pavilion stage was set, the people were fed and the awards were polished and ready to find their new homes. Winning 23 awards is fun, but we are always amazed (and impressed) at the work other agencies submit and look forward to reveling in great creative for at least 2 hours.

Gold award winners will go on to compete in the District 8 American Advertising Awards, the nation’s largest advertising competition.
Not only did we sit in anticipation and celebration of the awards given out, but there was an added sense of pride because our very own Chris Matheson was given the Creative Legacy Award.
Chris has worked at L&S for 21 years but has been creating great work for much longer. Fresh out of the L.A. film scene, we were lucky enough to add him to our team and the rest was (award-winning) history. From his expert edits to his welcoming presence, we are beyond grateful he is an L&Ser and congratulate him on this much deserved win.
