Kristen Kienholz
CONSUMER INSIGHTS SPECIALIST
Kristen’s experience has made her a perfect fit for the agency. Coming from a background in mental health counseling, she brings a unique perspective to our Consumer Insights department. Kristen’s expertise will help us dive deep into understanding our consumers and how we can better connect with them. Welcome to L&S, Kristen!

Stephanie’s a people person through and through. As our new Director of Human Resources, she’s dedicated to fostering an awesome company culture. With her knack for connecting with people and her enthusiasm for the agency, Stephanie is already making waves. We’re thrilled to have her on board.

DIGITAL MARKETING COORDINATOR
Once and L&Ser, always an L&Ser, right? Kurtis originally interned for us back in 2022, and now he’s back for the long run. He first walked the halls in a Consumer Insights role, but now his talents have led him to Digital Marketing Coordinator. We’re happy to have him back, bringing his knowledge and fresh perspective to our digital strategies.

We have another “boomerang” to talk about today. After a handful of years at L&S, Brandon ventured to California to chase some sun and sharpen his skills.
