Snapshots from Ad Camp

Snapshots from Ad Camp
Summers go by in a flash – sometimes literally. This past Ad Camp season, our interns documented their experiences via disposable cameras. Get a glimpse of all the skills (and film) they developed as they navigated the advertising wilderness.

We had six talented campers join the L&S ranks.
Maddie
As an account service intern, a few key achievements of Maddie’s summer were coordinating a launch of a new restaurant, assisting with video shoots and onboarding and coordinating a new client’s rebrand project.
Lily
Also an Account Service intern, Lily learned the ropes of managing project coordination from planning to production, including coordinating talent for education and tourism client shoots.
Morgan
Here for her second summer as a Digital intern, Morgan helped launch and build a new website, build and send emails and coordinate social media posts.
Averi
Back for a second Media internship, Averi coordinated placements for a new client, launched multiple new campaigns and monitored weekly performances of different channels.
Shane
As a Research intern, Shane learned all about collecting and condensing consumer data and helped coordinate a focus group.
Chloe
Digging into all things design this summer, Chloe created social media assets, branded documents and other client projects as well as led Ad Camp creative production.

Capturing the Right Angle
Each summer, interns are tasked with developing the next season’s Ad Camp recruitment campaign. With cameras, creative freedom and a bit of muscle, the crew packed up their desk supplies and had an outdoor photoshoot. When they weren’t capturing new social content, they worked on creating collateral and giving our career booth a much-needed revamp.

Don’t worry, their summer wasn’t all a grind. Our interns packed some serious fun into their few months here. They enjoyed some of the spoils of agency life with grill outs and happy hours and took part in the L&S intern rite-of-passage: acting as talent on photo shoots.

A Summer for the Scrapbook
Somewhere between professional growth and picture-taking, Ad Camp 2026 came to a close. Some struck out on new adventures, others stuck around and two even turned full time. No matter what trail they’re headed down, they’ve got a summer of creative work, client experience and lasting connections as souvenirs.
