Life in frontier communities can be unforgiving – that’s why it’s important to have neighbors who care. For Horizon Health, their mission doesn’t stop at looking after patients. It means looking after rural communities, ensuring every patient has care close to home with a provider who understands their way of life.

To showcase this commitment, L&S helped Horizon Health craft a unified brand identity that’s rooted in rural and grounded in understanding.  

Caring for Every Kid

To extend the campaign beyond branding into growing patient market share, we needed to raise credibility for Horizon as a destination for regular pediatric care and immunizations – not just urgent care.  By showing parents that “We Speak Kid,” Horizon broadened its reputation and top of mind awareness.

Caring for Rural Men

Less than half of patients living in rural areas regularly see a physician. And many tend to be men. Taught from a young age to withstand hardship and push through pain, rural men are often “getting by” with their health instead of getting better. Supporting campaigns showed men that Horizon understands this mindset and is there to make healthcare a priority – not just another chore.
